We have introduced a cloud-based meeting system to reduce stress in preparation.

No, this will not cause any issues.
The basic meetings are conducted online, and rehearsals and other necessary preparations will be scheduled around the time you return to Japan.

Q.What is the minimum preparation time required?

The minimum preparation time required is a few weeks to about a month, but consult with us based on your circumstances.
